The Serpent S240 is a 1/24 scale electric 2wd pan-car. Simple, fast, proven and strong design. No complicated suspension designs or set-ups. Front end S240
Front end consists of carbon fibre and aluminium components, attached to the chassis, pivoting on 2 soft silicone grommets, creating excellent front end grip. Machined aluminium steeringblocks with nylon insert for smooth operation, captured by upper and lower carbon fiber brackets.

Body-shell
The nicely designed GTP type body-shell in lightweight 0,5mm material, for great looks and superb handling.

Protection
Rear bumper to absorb the impact of fellow race-cars hitting from the back, and protect foam tires and main gears from hits.

Wheels, tires and adapters
Machined aluminium rear wheel-adaptors for super-true running rear wheels. Foam racing tires on closed dished type wheels.

Motor
The S240 micro electric brushed motor powers this micro-verhicle. Motorpinion 10T is standard ( other as optionals).

Ball-differential
The ball-raced ball-differential operates with plates and 12 steel balls. Standard with 42T white gear.

Rear end
Rear motorpod consist of 2 equal machined anodized aluminium motormounts, mounted on 2 carbon chassis-risers, which can be taken out as well, depending on surface. Carbon fiber top-plate connects the motormounts and created the rear end stability and stiffness. There is sufficient space for the motorcables-to be connected.

Lipo Power
The 2 or 4 Lipo-cells (not included) are captured in this lexan holder, below the radioplate. Pack sits very low and central in the car for best weight distribution, which helps ultra-quick and stabile cornering.

Upper-deck
Carbon fiber upper radioplate with anodized aluminum antenna-holder. The S240 accepts speed-controllers for micro-cars of the major brands.
Central rear vertical dampening combined with a laid down rear shockabsorber to control the rear end of the car. Anodised aluminium bodyposts on the far corners.
Carbon fiber chassis 1.2mm with integrated T-bar flex design, 2 slots to assist keeping the lexan battery-holder in place.

Bumper and servo position
Strong nylon front bumper with machined, anodised aluminium body-posts. Sufficient space for the lay-down micro-servo 30x30mm ( not included)

Serpent S240 kit
Serpent S240 comes complete with full color manual, reference guide and decals, in a handy small box, in which you can carry the ready-to race car and more.
